Løype belt

This skijoring Løype belt was developed in close collaboration with some of the world’s top sleddog athletes. Their insights helped us ensure that the design supports proper skiing technique while allowing for efficient movement when pulled by a dog. The belt’s ergonomic shape directs the pulling force around the hips, reducing strain on the lower back while enabling unrestricted hip movement for skating.

The bungee leash is securely attached near the body at a fixed point, allowing for smoother interaction with the dog and improved balance while skiing. Adjustable straps ensure a precise fit, keeping the belt securely in place. Additionally, the belt features a quick-release snap hook for fast detachment, making it ideal for racing.

At its core, the Løype belt is made from HexiVent, a triple-layer mesh fabric that provides outstanding ventilation and quick-drying properties. Ultra-lightweight and designed for professional racing, it offers exceptional comfort. Reinforced with high-strength aluminum buckles and Hypalon at key stress points, the belt ensures durability and reliability in all weather conditions.

Practical features include loops for attaching a leash, doggy bags, or small gear up to 0.5 kg. A storage pocket on the back provides space for essentials like a smartphone, keys, or an energy bar. For enhanced safety, the back also includes reflective details for better visibility in low-light conditions.
