Description

The Glacier dog jacket WD is developed to optimize and prolong your dog´s performance in challenging weather conditions. Its heavy-duty shell is windproof, water-repellent and reduces noise during movement. Insulated with PrimaLoft® Black Insulation Eco, commonly used in sportswear for humans, this jacket provides warmth and comfort.

The jacket is shaped to protect your dog’s large muscle groups while also allowing unrestricted movement. Leg straps keep the jacket in the right position.

Dedicated leash openings allow a harness and a collar to be worn under the jacket. Drainage holes on the chest prevent water from gathering.

Patches can be attached for personalization and identification using the hook and loop fasteners on the side.

When not in use, the jacket can be easily packed down and stored in the included mesh bag.

The Glacier dog jacket WD is available in the color olive, in sizes 40-70. The dog jacket is adjustable for an optimum fit.

How do I find the right size?

Measure the length of your dog’s back from between the shoulder blades to the base of their tail and follow the size table for optimum fit. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size.

By layering the jacket on top of this natural insulation without compressing the fur, your dog will remain warmer compared to wearing a heavy or tightly-fitted jacket.

What is the difference between the Glacier dog jacket WD and the Glacier jacket 2.0?

While both dog jackets share the same underlying concept, there are specific adjustments made to the Glacier WD series to cater to the needs of working dogs and their handlers. The outer fabric of the WD version is heavy-duty and minimize sound during movement.

The Glacier 2.0 jacket is equipped with reflectors to enhance visibility, while the Glacier dog jacket WD don’t have reflectors. However, it's worth noting that reflectors can be added to the Glacier dog jacket WD using reflective patches (not included), which is a unique feature of the Working dog series. This also allows for personalization.
