How do i get informed about order progress?

Once you make your order, you are informed by email about its progress. You are informed in the following phases of the order:

  1. a) When you make a new order, you receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was successful.
  2. b) When starts preparation of the order, you receive a new e-mail with the estimated delivery time.
  3. c) When the order is delivered to the carrier, you receive an e-mail for the exact delivery time.

How many months does the canistores products have?

EU law also stipulates that the consumer should be provided with a minimum two-year warranty (legal guarantee) as protection against defective products or products which do not meet the advertised appearance or function.
The warranty covers only defective Canistores product and not malware. Each Canistores product is thoroughly tested prior to shipment to the customer .

Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw under the terms and conditions of the consumer protection provisions as amended and after consultation with Artnoise designers LTD – Canistores, returning the goods to their original condition (full and in the delivery package which must be in perfect condition without being torn or wrinkled), excluding his charge with expense other than shipping and return. In this case the company is required to refund the customer within thirty (20) calendar days from the date of order cancellation.

Order cancellation

Your order can be canceled before processing the products by sending an email to stores@canistores.com with the order number. In this case, for transactions for which money have been deposited in a bank account, the company will refund the amount paid by the customer.
